Jeg har erfaring med slike støpte soler. Det er sabla vondt i tilvendings tiden, mye blemmer og det tar hvertfall 6 mnd før foten er lært seg å gå og løpe på nytt. Det er faktisk det du nå skal til med, men det fikser kjerne problemet og du vil også unngå mulige forplantninger i form av kne, hofte, og rygg plager på sikt.
Jeg fikk etter noen år med slike soler fortsatt akilles problemer og det gjorde at jeg testet å løpe mer frem på foten dvs lande sirka på ytre tåballe og rulle innover mot storetå. Dette kallest visst den naturlige pronasjon og man bruker da 'buen' i foten som en naturlig demping. Det gjorde at jeg nå i de siste mnd bare har brukt lett sko og dette har fungert bra med en gradvis mengde økning.
Det er også sko som er spesial laget til dette og heter Newton, Kåre bruker disse.
Du han jo ha dette som neste alternativ - lykke til og JA du blir en god løper så stå på !

glemte en ting. grunning til jeg brukte støpte soler var fordi buen under foten hadde helt kolapset og jeg var total platfotet. Så kombinasjonen av soler og styrketrening gjorde har buen kom tilbake og foten fungerte etterhvert slik den er laget til - løpe

Måtte levere inn båten for vinteropplag, og jogget tilbake. Ble en liten tur på 4 km kanskje. Men deilig uansett. Kroppen kjentes lett og fin, selv om jeg presset meg ganske hardt på syklingen hjem fra jobb i går.

Etter noen harde dager i Berlin (uten trening) fikk jeg meg en løpetur i Hordnesskogen. Nydelige forhold, myk og deilig grusvei, opplyst deler av veien, nesten ingen folk og morsom, småkupert løype.

Løp en runde i den blå løypen. Måtte ha hodelykt på ca halve traseen. Gav litt på og brukte ca 36 minutter. deilig med en liten utblåsing. Mens dere andre løp karusell, så vaset jeg rundt på Unter den Linden. Akkurat passe straff dette.

Ingen vondter :D

Forresten...
Hvis vi alle hadde en privat treningstråd her på forumet, så kunne det jo funke som
*logg for den enkelte (Vi er jo her inne daglig),
*for å skremme de andre ("trener han/hun SÅ mye?"), eller
*for å inspirere andre ("Nå må jeg komme meg ut" eller "det var et godt tips til en treningsøkt")
* For egen del gjør jeg tabber på konkurranser / oppkjøring til k. , men glemmer det til neste gang (selektiv hukommelse)

Skulle vi hatt et eget kapittel med treningslogger? Har vi plassbegrensning?

jeg har aldri hørt om noe plassbegrensning.

det er en del som har treningsblogger på oslofjord-forumet, så fullt mulig for folk her å ha det også.

jeg gjør det bare for løpingen. kjedelig både for meg og andre å lese om den 38. sykkelturen enten til eller fra jobb denne måneden.

Og noe havner under treningsrapporter...

Konklusjon: Alle kan skrive som de vil, og det er bare hyggelig at man deler og øser av sin kunnskap til andre :D

Rolig løpetur med Bjørnar ( i hvert fall for ham :D )

Sandslihallen-Golfbanen-liten runde i Hordnesskogen og retur samme vei. Klokket inn på akkurat 1.30.

Fikk også innviet de nye BTC t-skjortene. Det føltes deilig!

Beina var litt tunge i dag, sikkert pga piggdekk sykling og veldig liten tid til barnehagen i går. Men ingen vondter. Livet er herlig :D
